Specification Review
hydraulic tube bending machine
Do not treat a hydraulic tube bending machine offer as comparable until actuator type, tooling coverage, trial method and quote buckets sit on the same page. This dossier is a procurement review for equipment purchase decisions. It is not an engineering stamp, a compliance certificate or a promise that any listed figure will survive SAT. Tube Bending Machine Sourcing organizes the questions; factories answer them; the buyer records the approval.

Input checklist

Input checklist: Design input
Before operations signs, freeze material, section, wall thickness in millimetres, CLR, bend sequence, quantity, destination and whether the offer is hydraulic, hybrid or all-electric CNC. Attach the drawing used in the RFQ. Note optional budget as currency plus per-unit or whole-order basis if the buyer wants that preference circulated. These inputs are the approval packet, not a substitute for the supplier’s own datasheet.

Supplier answer
Each factory should split the offer into machine, delivery and site buckets: frame and listed mandrel, wiper and clamp tooling; packing and freight; installation, training and spare parts. Ask how cycle time, oil-cooler duty and angular accuracy will be checked on the actual part, including sample points after several sequential bends. If a bidder includes a mandrel in one paragraph and excludes the wiper in another, copy both sentences into the record instead of averaging them. Public catalog speeds stay outside the approval packet until restated against your section and wall.
-
Open deviation
Do not approve a hydraulic tube bending machine packet while tooling coverage, square-tube face-distortion method or destination Incoterms remain blank. Multi-radius jobs often need extra stacks; if those stacks are “available” without a line price, keep them open. FAT and SAT attendance are separate cost lines unless the quote names them as included.
Confirm hydraulic utilities before you lock the specification
Electrical, cooler and control inputs belong in the approval packet. Missing them is a usual reason two hydraulic tube bending machine prices cannot be compared.
