Scope limits: Design input
What we can circulate is only what the buyer can show: a complete tube drawing or measured section, wall thickness in millimetres, bend radii, material grade, quantity, destination, electrical supply and whether CNC or hydraulic actuation is required. Public equipment pages that separate diameter from wall thickness and axis count are useful reminders to keep those fields apart; they are not production proof for this RFQ. We do not invent a factory audit, an ISO claim or an angular-accuracy number to fill a gap. Adjacent equipment families stay outside this site’s landing pages.
Supplier answer
A usable reply names the mandrel, wiper and clamp tooling covered, lists extra radius stacks as included or extra, and describes how thinning and springback will be measured on the named drawing. If a bidder restates maximum diameter without wall thickness and CLR, that restatement is incomplete evidence. Certificates attached to a factory remain that factory’s documents. We will not republish them as if Tube Bending Machine Sourcing had been audited.
